We moved to  Binary Blue as we mean something to them. We had an ongoing issue with our existing supplier of 19 years where we felt we were in a cycle, and needed hands on support. What is important to me is I can call Rich and I can call James and they will pick the phone up and be there. We mean something to them and they treat us as a relationship not a sales target. I would love an IT director but I’m not big enough, in my mind James is my IT director, worrying about my IT and delivering proactive reports to help me budget and run the business they have my best interests at heart.
